Chaque mois, une personne ou un groupe d\u2019artiste \u00e9tait mis de l\u2019avant pour leur travail, simultan\u00e9ment avec un \u00e9v\u00e8nement qui a lieu durant le mois. Lorsque l\u2019ann\u00e9e fut termin\u00e9e, la r\u00e9ception du projet ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 tellement positive, Aumaaggiivik a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre l\u2019aventure. Nous faisons la promotion d\u2019un artiste chaque mois, avec le mandat plus vaste de valoriser et faire conna\u00eetre la culture du Nunavik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#b0f3d8\" class=\"has-background has-text-align-left has-normal-font-size\">Tarqitamaat is an initiative created for the 2019 UNESCO\u2019S Year of indigenous languages with Aumaaggiivik, the Nunavik Art Secretariat of Avataq Cultural Institute to promote Nunavik artists using Inuktitut in their work. Every month, an individual or a group of artists were showcased for their work simultaneously with an event taking place during the month. After the year ended, the response to the project was so positive that Aumaaggiivik decided to pursue this adventure.
